JAX Magna-Plate 78 products are USP white mineral oil based fluids that provide exceptional wear and corrosion protection in applications involving food and beverage industry machines. Have USDA/NSF H1 registration for incidental contact. JAX Magna-Plate 78 is a demulsifying lubricant designed for canning machines that process products with low fructose or corn syrup content, where there is minimal migration from the processed product to the lubricating fluid.
Provides optimal separation of water and contamination. JAX Magna-Plate 78E is an emulsifying/dispersing lubricant for canning machines that process products containing higher levels of sweeteners based on fructose or corn syrup. In these cases, oils that do not have emulsifying characteristics are not able to dissolve and eliminate sugars that can accumulate in the lubricated parts and cause wear on the components.
