JAX FGH-AW series food grade hydraulic fluids feature advanced additive technologies to deliver superior performance over competitive food grade hydraulic oils. They contain unique and optimized combinations of anti-wear agents and rust inhibitors, and their robust antioxidant chemistry ensures deposit-free operation.
JAX FGH-AW series oils are designed for long service life and generally reduce maintenance costs by extending drain intervals and reducing labor associated with repairs, shutdowns and exchanges. JAX FGH-AW series oils meet the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3570 (lubricants with accidental contact with food).
PRODUCT BENEFITS:
• Ideal all-season lubricant - JAX USP grade white base oils are thermally and oxidatively stable, preventing carbon deposits or varnish. At high temperatures and pressures, these oils create a good lubricating film and protect components from wear. When operating at low temperatures, the equipment can be turned on more easily, reducing the need for pre-heating with crankcase heaters;
• Water resistant - The base oils used are hydrolytically stable and easily separate from water. This avoids unwanted oil/water emulsions that reduce the lubricating capacity of the oil, allow for longer lubricant life and mean that the water can be easily drained from the crankcase;
• Provide optimized protection against wear - Vane pumps comprise the majority of pumps used in hydraulic systems and require greater anti-wear protection due to the high contact pressures existing at the vane tip. JAX FGH-AW series fluids are specifically formulated to provide greater wear protection than conventional rust and oxidation inhibiting hydraulic oils, dramatically increasing pump life;
• Micronox® Technology - JAX FGH-AW series gear oils contain the performance benefits of Micronox® technology, which provides antimicrobial protection to the product;
